was educated by training with incredible

luxury hospitality, entertainment and
professional sports. This dynamic and
diversified background provided me a unique
insight to a guest’s experience and an artist’s
needs. It gave me the ability to understand what
it takes to make everyone feel truly welcomed
and respected. Through the training I received, I
was able to mentor staff to prepare them for
excellence in service and provide unique
experiences.

 My management background gave me insight to the
value of leadership from ownership to
management, supervisors and the value of
dedicated employees. As an owner, I learned
every facet of operations, marketing, sales,
entertainment, catering and special events for
our properties.

 The pride and dedication I had with ownership follows
me through to my career choice to this date, as I
understand the impact from initial client
