Having over 10 years of work experience in wide range of areas in hospitality I have established strong abilities in
customer communication, along with developing an innate understanding of customer needs. Following on from my
passion for Hospitality I would like to apply this to Event Management, this has begun successfully with my recent role in
which I was promoted to Reservations Supervisor. This have given me valuable experience in management and an
insight in to event work. I have the enthusiasm to make things happen and to achieve goals, heightened when working
under pressure.
