Duties included
- Managing 30+ drivers to include working hours management and performance management
of the drivers to include collation of feedback from customers to ensure ongoing good
customer service.
- Oversaw the hiring and training 30 + employees in line with EU and Health and Safety
regulations
- Planned and managed the vehicle maintenance schedule in line with EU regulations and
manufacture specifications 12 months in advance. Requiring constant communication with
workshop and maintenance department.
- Constant monitoring and training of drivers records in line with EU drivers hours regulations
- Implemented a daily driver defect system with regular spot checking to ensure the highest of
standards are maintained.
- Planning and logistics of all jobs, to include workload management and budget/ costings
- Organising regular meetings with customers to see how service can be improved and where
possible gain additional work from clients.
- Sourcing potential new clients and opportunities in order to expand the operation and grow
the business base.
- Created Company & Driver handbook, including Health & safety, Safe systems of work and
