Manage both inbound and outbound Logistics Operations
Planning for Raw Materials & FFG for inbound Delivery and outbound
Delivery.
Manage the operations of transportation FG includes the efficient and
on time distribution the clients goods.
Preparing & Implementation KPI’s, to insure the planning schedules are
met.
Prepare trainings and recommendation to improve the stuff capability.
Manage the operation of transport of Raw Materials from ports to our
facilities Containers
clearance, and customs
Manage the Fleet department, includes utilization, vehicles
maintenance.
Manage the operation of receiving & Discharging Bulk Vessels at our

the goods has been delivered in good conditions.
Supervised the import and export of freight for full container loads and

Managed all operations performed by the Mussafah and Jebel Ali
branches involving the transport of freight by road and sea
Directed the storage and distribution of products specially for major
clients
Follow the Shipment and Shipment cost in SAP System for Own trucks
and third party (for invoicing )
