Since 1993 I have been the owner of TI Satellite ( sold in 2005) and DBD Technical Services, two
technical consulting companies that provided services on a contract basis. Some of my projects
include the following:
Built CRTC approved re-broadcast systems for communities in northern Canada.
Performed contract work for Star Choice & Bell Canada. This involved designing, costing
and installing MDU digital backbone systems.
Video distribution work for Manitoba Lotteries Corporation.
Installed and maintained CCTV, card access systems and video surveillance installation.
Video and audio installation for Wal-Mart Canada.
1990 – 1997 – 4-12 Electronics
During my employment with 4-12 Electronics, my responsibilities were sales of
commercial re-broadcasting and SMATV systems. This also involved costing and
providing technical support to clients.
1987 - 1990 – Tee-Com Electronics
While employed with Tee-Comm Electronics, I provided technical support to contractors
as well as technical sales of commercial distribution systems.
