Tulsa, OK - Lead - Senior Technician III – Project Manager
Maintained and installed digital and analog transmission lines (Voip, T-3, T-1, DDS and DS-0) and switched
trunks hands-on and through remote accesses. Worked with technicians in the field to repair and turn up
circuits.
Started with Legacy Wiltel/WorldCom as an installer for circuits from ring-down, to voice, up to DS3.
Worked in the Transport NOC (OSP and ISP) located in Tulsa, until Legacy MCI moved it out of state.
Transitioned to switched voice, frame relay and data maintenance for the remainder of time at Verizon.
As a Lead Senior Technician was responsible for managing assigned projects handed down by account teams
and management. Managed various moves, adds, and changes for government and Fortune 500 customer
accounts. Whether it was a small order or conversion to a complete redesign we coordinated with local vendors
and internal managers to assure a smooth transition.
