Field Operations Technician, Worldlink/Sprint Wireless 2012-2013
Responsible for network element deployment during the wireless implementation phase of the
project. Typically, duties entailing network element integration and troubleshooting. In addition,
expected to perform technical site surveys, hardware delivery, installations and commissioning
of the BTS’s when necessary. Wireless Field Engineers / Technicians will ensure that all work is
completed to the satisfaction of the customer in accordance with defined specifications and
technical standards and those requirements for health, safety, and quality are maintained at the
highest levels throughout the implementation cycle.
Field Operations Technician, XO Communications 2010-2012
Perform installation of service to customers and the repair of existing customer service. Perform
general maintenance, upgrades and preventive maintenance on customer equipment and
associated central office/co-location equipment.
