Nifty Intraday
Today, We may witness mild negative opening in Nifty around 8593 level
on back of SGX Nifty and other Asian counters which is trading on
negative note today.
During the last trading session Nifty edged lower on Monday,
snapping four-day gaining streak, as investors remained cautious
ahead of the Economic Survey and the Union budget amid weak
global leads. Sentiments remained pessimistic with former Finance
Minister P Chidambaram’s statement that the country’s economy
has been adversely impacted and the people’s sentiments has taken
a hit due to the ill-conceived demonetization drive by the Narendra
Modi- Government. He said that it will take at least two years to get
back to growth path again. A lower closing in Asia and a muted
opening in Europe amid concerns over President Donald Trump's
controversial immigration move also dampened sentiments.
However, downside remained limited with Union Finance Minister
Arun Jaitley’s statement that the implementation of the Goods and
Services Tax (GST), along with demonetization will bring more
revenues as far as states and the central government are concerned
and enlarges the size as far as the formal economy is concerned.
Traders were seen piling up positions in Auto, Banking and Realty
stocks, while buying was witnessed only in Pharma stocks.

Nifty Outlook
Bank Nifty Outlook
 After 4 days of strong upside move Nifty upside movement has halted at 8700 level and mild selling
has observed.
 From candlestick perspective Nifty has formed Doji candle which represents indecisiveness before big
event like budget.
 Momentum oscillator RSI has moved above its overbought zone, so need to be cautious at upper
level.
 Going forward further upside movement can be seen upto 8700 level and on lower side support lies
at 8600 level.
 After a continuous out performance of Bank Nifty, index seems to taking breath in previous two trading
session.
 Index has formed inside candle which shows narrow trading range which compressed in day before
yesterday price range.
 Momentum oscillator RSI has tested its overbought zone and reverting from there which is sign of
caution.
 Going forward resistance for Bank Nifty will be at 19900 level and support at 19250 level.
