Nifty Intraday
Today, We may witness mild negative opening in Nifty around 8325 level
on back of SGX Nifty and other Asian counters which is trading on
negative note today.
Nifty failed to stick with its two-day momentum and dropped over a
percent on Friday as sentiments remained in a mood of
gloom followed by the inauguration speech of Donald Trump as US
President.
Hereafter, Investors turned nervous over the report that India's
economy lost momentum in the final three months of 2016 after
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ban on high-value notes hurt
consumption and businesses. Having posted growth of above 7% for
six consecutive quarters, India's GDP is expected to have expanded
just 6.5% in the October-December quarter the weakest in nearly
three years.
During the trading session traders were seen piling up positions in
Metal, PSU and Realty stocks, while buying witnessed only in FMCG
stock. The top gainers from the F&O segment were Havells India,
Idea Cellular and JSW Energy. On the other hand, the top losers
were Adani Power, Axis Bank and Sintex Industries.

Nifty Outlook
Bank Nifty Outlook
 After a fight for 6 days between bulls and bears, it seems bears have gained ground as Nifty has
breached its 8370 floor.
 Nifty has validated its resistance of 100 day moving average which represents its intermediation
trend.
 Momentum oscillator RSI has faced resistance at 67 level which is very near to overbought zone and
crossed below its average line.
 Going forward index likely to extend its negative view and on downside support lies in the range of
8310 to 8280 level.
 As we can see from past 3 days Nifty bank again stuck in range, in previous trading session index has
breached its consolidation phase on down side
 From candle stick perspective Index has formed bear candle and gave close below its 100 DMA which is
negative development.
 Momentum oscillator RSI has faced resistance at 67 level which is very near to overbought zone and
crossed below its average line.
 Going forward further negative movement can be seen upto 18640 level which is 38.2% retracement
level.
