Nifty Intraday
Today, We may witness mild positive opening in Nifty around 8410 level
on back of SGX Nifty and other Asian counters which is trading on
positive note today.
Nifty breached the 8,400 mark and closed the session in negative
territory on Tuesday amid mild selling in the frontline blue-chip
counters. After a positive opening , market entered in red terrain on
report that International Monetary Fund (IMF) cut India's growth
forecast for the current fiscal by one percentage point, due to the
temporary negative consumption shock induced by cash shortages
and payment disruptions associated with the recent currency note
withdrawal and exchange initiative. In an update of its flagship
publication the World Economic Outlook, the IMF said India is likely
to grow by 6.6 per cent only in FY17, down from 7.6 per cent
estimated earlier and marginally behind China that is pegged to
grow at 6.7 per cent in 2016. However, losses remained limited with
report that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council on Monday
broke a deadlock over issues of administrative control over assesses
and broadly agreed to roll out the GST from July 1, instead of the
earlier deadline of April 1. Under the proposed tax regime, 90% of
all assesses with a turnover of Rs 1.5 crore or less will be assessed
for scrutiny and audit by state authorities, the remaining 10% by the
Centre. The Council also resolved a logjam over the right to tax
economic activities within 12 nautical miles from India’s coasts.
Traders were seen piling up positions in FMCG, IT and Realty stocks,
while selling was witnessed in Metal, Media and Financial Services
stocks.

Nifty Outlook
Bank Nifty Outlook
 From past 4 trading session Nifty is oscillating between 8460 to 8370 level, its shows time wise
correction in index
 Another observation is Nifty has faced resistance at its 100 DMA which is also coinciding with its
previous gap down area but kept on taking support at 8370 level.
 From candlestick perspective Nifty has formed mild bearish candle but does not have any predictive
value.
 Going forward, Nifty likely to face resistance at 8460 to 8480 band and on downside support lies at
8350 level.
 BankNifty resumed its positive move after 3 day’s stall movement and gave close above 19000 level
which is positive development.
 From candle stick perspective Index has formed mild negative candle after indecisiveness which still
shows continuation in trend.
 Nifty Bank has approached its 50% retracement level which is potential resistance ratio from Fibonacci
perspective.
 Going forward sustainability above 19000 can lead to further improvement upto 19400 level.
