Nifty Intraday
Today, We may witness Mild negative opening in Nifty around 8790
level on back of SGX Nifty and other Asian counters which is trading on
negative note today.
Nifty continued its northward journey for fourth consecutive day on
Monday and ended the day above crucial psychological level of
8,800, as investors bet the central bank will cut interest rates in
their policy review meet later this week on account of slowing
inflation and a fiscally responsible budget. According to rating
agency ICRA, the CPI inflation in ongoing quarter is expected to
remain below the forecast of 5 percent. Moreover, the Union
Budget for FY2018 has balanced fiscal consolidation with increased
capital spending, which would revive growth in a non-inflationary
manner. The Economic Affairs Secretary taking a dig at global rating
agencies for failing to upgrade India's sovereign rating despite
significant improvement in macroeconomic parameters, has said
the agencies are several steps behind from reality and are missing
out on something which only they can best explain.
On sectoral front, auto stocks gained with Union Minister Nitin
Gadkari’s statement that government is keen on implementing
vehicle policy that aims at scrapping 15-year old commercial
vehicles in the first phase and it will send the proposal to GST
Council after Cabinet nod . .
Traders were seen piling up positions in Realty, Pharma and FMCG
stocks, while selling was witnessed in Metal and PSU stocks.

Nifty Outlook
Bank Nifty Outlook
 Nifty upside journey is still intact and again it has reclaimed 8800 mark. It was 4th unfilled upward gap
area since move from 8900 level.
 Series of gap up areas shows zest of bulls as they have been moving index from 7900 level to 8800
level.
 From past 3 trading session Nifty is forming indecisive candle but looking its trend index still seems to
be in positive momentum.
 Going forward further upside movement can be expected upto 8900 level with SL of 8720.
 Nifty bank gave opening above 20250 level which was immediate resistance for index and gap up
opening signifies bullish momentum for index.
 Index has felt heat around 20500 mark however it was not so significant to jump on conclusion for
reversal.
 Consecutive gap up opening shows bulls dominance and as of now there is no sign of exhaustion.
 Going forward, further improvement can be seen upto 20600 level and on downside support lies at
20000 level.
