Nifty Intraday
Today, We may witness positive opening in Nifty around 9169 level on
back of SGX Nifty and other Asian counters which are trading on positive
note today.
Nifty ended the session above psychological 9,150 mark for the first
time ever . The GST Council on Thursday paved the way for rolling
out the new tax regime from July, clearing all legislations required
for one implementation of the tax by July 1, 2017.
The Council, which met in the national capital, approved the state
GST (SGST) and the union territory GST (UTGST) bills. The bills will
now have to be cleared by Parliament and state assemblies.
On sectorial front, stocks related to banking sector traded higher as
the Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said, the government would
consider setting up multiple oversight committees under the
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to examine the cases of non-performing
assets (NPAs) referred by banks.
All the sectorial indices ended in green. The top gainers from the
F&O segment were Reliance Capital, PC Jeweller and Torrent
Power. On the other hand, the top losers were United Spirits,
Shriram Transport Finance Company and Container Corporation of
India.

Nifty Outlook
Bank Nifty Outlook
 Nifty has formed all time high level, it was one of the glorious day for broader market and
participants of market.
 After two day consolidation phase Nifty has opened on positive note and thereafter moved higher
without any significant retracement.
 Momentum oscillator RSI reading comes at 76 level which is overbought situation but still there no
stopping point for it.
 Going forward further upside movement can be expected upto 9200 to 9250 level and stop loss for
buy position will be 9100 level.
 Nifty bank has also formed all time high and with strong upsurge in volume which shows strength of
index.
 Implication of Flag pattern is factoring in as after brief pause nifty bank is resuming its previous uptrend.
 Momentum oscillator RSI reading comes at 76 level which is overbought situation but still there no
stopping point for it.
 Going forward further upside movement can be expected upto 21500 to 21700 level and on down side
stop loss lies at 21050.
