Over 15 years of Management experience in varying industries. Successfully and efficiently managed
staffs of up to 90. Successfully managed daily sales, operations and administration of branch-based
financial services corporation, to include AP/AR and collections. Branch assets in excess of 50 million
dollars. Managed and coordinated the marketing efforts of a fulfillment marketing company.
Management of field sales operations for innovative integrated emergency medical and home security
provider. Responsible for consumer emergency response services to major consumer markets in three

Training/Human Resources

Provided classroom, inside and outside training for branch-based Financial Account Representatives,
Mortgage Loan Originators, In-home Security Sales Representatives, to include sales originating via

Marketing/Sales
Management of marketing for fulfillment marketing services, serving clients such as Mercedes Benz,
Duracell Batteries, and Kellogg’s. Technical composition of Direct Mail campaign copy, telemarketing
and consumer surveys. Organization and execution of national fulfillment marketing campaigns.
Supervision of staff of Account Executives. Management of sponsorship and major donor gifts for
Morale, Welfare and Recreation facilities of the US Army in Heidelberg, Germany. Increased
contributions by over 200%. Coordinated marketing and promotions of public military, educational and
sports events. Collaborative, and cooperative events serving the needs of the military community, and
providing promotional opportunities for sponsors and the Dept. of Defense. Provided market trend
research and demographic analysis in the formation of strategic business planning and promotional
