brewer with 4 years experience in brewing high quality Pale Ales, Stouts, India Pale

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
5/18/2015 to Present: Packaging Kegline
Bell’s Brewery, Inc. Galesburg, MI
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Understand and adhere to safety standards.
• Set-up and tear-down of piping, hoses, and pumps for packaging from fermentation
tanks.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance routines and troubleshoot equipment problems
within the Kegline.
• Use ProLeiT to open up and close out fermentation tanks for packaging.
• Set-up CIP using ProLeiT and ATP testing.
• Communicate with cellar and beer production throughout packaging processes.
• Responsible for monitoring and entering packaging times, end of the night counts,
and operating fork lift for storing beer for logistics.
