4. So this is how I started
With a black background
The reason I chose black is
Because its easier to work
anything
Lighter can be seen.
5. This is where I inserted my first ever
picture into the black solid colour and this
is where I started to develop ideas.
6. This is where I added a galaxy ish background purple colour ish
to create the art smoothest so it can pass the feeling that its art
magazine.
7. As you possibly noticed the
red line across the right side
of the magazine page this is
where the credit text goes to
who took the following photo
which we will see in the
coming up slides.
8. Perhaps you
didn’t notice
what changed?
Well then let
me show you.
There is a little
detail added
showing the
date the
magazine is
published.
9. And here is also
another small detail
added and its
located right here
This is the page
number showing
obviously what
page you on and
helping you indicate
your way around
the magazine.
10. Another small detail I bet
you sick of them by now
but this is a outline for the
page number which is
shape circle the reason I
decided to have a circle
around so its clear where
the number is located also
so its less boring to and
easier for the eyes to find.
11. Here I decide to touch
up on the lighting for
abit making NEW YORK
city lighten up abit and
meet the realism this
effect is obviously gone
across the purple part of
the magazine but that’s
even better trying make
sure that I don’t have
different lighting in the
same page.
12. This is another
picture I decided to
put in. This is where
I got the image from
https://images.app.g
oo.gl/rs76AJbCbBU
UKDCw6 this image
will have a brilliant
effect in my opinion
this image is one of
the images that
show that the article
is about art.
13. Once again the lights are
off as you can see im trying
to change the effect on all
3 images combined this is
achieved by the amazing
adjustment tool
14. And here it is this is the
image I was talking about
earlier slide 6 I believe so I
have added this image and I
have added a stroke effect
which is why there is lighting
coming out of it beautiful
right?.
15. Here is another small detail
I have added the date of
the article on the right side
too just to make sure the
reader doesn’t recognize
when this goes out of date
or perhaps frogets by the
time he/her sees the whole
page.
16. Once again I've used
the circle tool for the
number for the page
number so its not
boring like any other
double page spread.
17. This is where I inserted
number
Into the circle so the
page is visible
18. And now finally
you made it to the
Title itself. This is
the first look of
the title of this
article
19. Here I decided to get
a picture of NEW
YORK and insert it in
the title itself.
20. I have now added
another picture in
the title so its one
from top another
form the bottom.
21. I decided to make it
look an art book by
adding the page
breakers into the
actual double spread
page this creates the
effect of actually
looking trout an art
book.
22. This is where I finally
merge the page breakers
together and make one
whole.
23. This is one of the first time
we see a text starting to
appear in the page the text
has a drop cap and sub
titles later. The drop cap is
highlighted so it stands out
from the other text.
24. I decided to add a
strip line around the
eyes so it looks
better and more
creative.
25. As you can possibly
see the left side of
the page will be used
for text only.
26. After the whole of
the text has been
added the double
page spread is now
fully completed
27. Last lighting change
and every think is
finished the lighting
changed was
necessary so the
building in the back
are in a shadows but
at the same time
there is enough light
to see them.
