PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
Interpreted and applied client specification, alone with national codes and standards. Inspected and
documented welded and bolted connections during the fabrication and installation of carbon steel,
stainless steel, nickel-alloy, chrome, titanium and hastelloy pipe, tubes, instrumentation, pressure
vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, stacks, ductwork, structural steel, and pipe hangers/supports.
Inspected and tested external coatings on vessels, tanks, pipe, ductwork and structural steel at various
Coal-Fired, Natural Gas, and Wood Burner Plants. Witnessed and preformed hydrostatic and pneumatic
pressure test. Interpreted the film for welds examined by radiography and witnessed other non-
destructive examinations. I Supervised visual and penetrant testing; scheduled radiography testing and
repairs; managed all aspects of remediation projects including supervision of remediation contractors;
ensured readiness and proper calibration of field equipment and instrumentation and developed
innovative methods for prefabrication of all types of piping systems.
