EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
Jacobs Field Services, Louisville, KY June 14-Present
QA/QC Manager, Performed surveillance inspection on contractor and vendor welds on
process piping systems per ASME B31.3. Used multiple computer skills to report all project
welds and NDE. Witnessed all auger casted piles, as well as witnessed concrete test per
truck, per pile. Assured that all vendor/fabricator NDE was in accordance with client
specifications. Also audited contractor installation of structural steel per AWS D1.1 &
AISC, and civil concrete and forms per ACI. During this time also performed receiving
inspection on piping, equipment, etc. Also responsible for assuring that contractor field
inspectors had the applicable information for the jobs being performed. Audited contractor
documentation packages for turnover.

B31.1/B31.3. Put together multiple equipment packages for vessel re-rate as well as

vessels, piping etc. Inspected all diesel driven piles for deep foundations on site. During
this time also performed project weld tracking, and scheduling of non-destructive
examination when needed as well as welder qualification. Also responsible for assuring
that other field inspectors had the applicable information for the jobs being performed.
Robins and Morton, Charleston, TN Aug 11 – July 12
Worked as a combination pipe welder in a Chlor-Alkali chemical plant making x-ray
quality welds on process piping systems. Moved to QA/QC, and inspected welds on
process piping systems per B31.3. Also inspected structural steel per D1.1, and civil
concrete and forms per ACI. During this time also performed receiving inspection on
piping, equipment, etc.

Worked as a combination pipe welder in a coal fired power plant making x-ray quality
welds on process piping systems per B31.1 and ASME Section 9.
Flour Maintenance Services, Smyrna, GA Feb 10 - Jun-10
Worked as a combination pipe welder in a combined cycle power plant making x-ray
quality welds on a variety of different alloy piping systems. Also worked as a piping
foreman, while working side by side with QA/QC to assure quality was performed.
BE&K Construction, Tuscaloosa, AL Jan 09 – Feb 10
Worked as a combination pipe welder in an oil refinery, made x-ray quality welds on a
variety of different alloy piping systems. Also obtained NCCER written and, NCCER
PLUS certification for pipe. Also worked with QA/QC, helping with weld tracking and
assurance of weld procedures and code ASME Section 9.
BE&K Construction, Macon, GA Aug 08 - Jan 09
Worked in QA/QC inspector in a coal fired power plant, performing quality inspection on
structural steel per D1.1 and process piping per B31.3 on a scrubber project for Southern
Company.

Worked as a combination pipe welder in an oil refinery, made x-ray quality welds on
process piping systems. Also obtained level 2 visual inspection certification through
BE&K. Worked as QA/QC inspector inspecting welds on process piping systems per
B31.1 and B31.3, structural steel per D1.1.
3. PMSI Inc. Saint Mary’s, KS Oct 07 – Mar 08
Worked as a combination pipe welder/boiler tube welder in four different coal fired
power plants. During this time making x-ray quality welds on process piping systems and
boiler pressure parts. Worked hand and hand with QA/QC to assure all welding was
performed to B31.1, B31.3 and ASME Section 9.
BE&K Construction, Goat Rock/Smiths, AL Feb 07 – Oct 07
Worked as a heavy wall welder in a combined cycle power plant. Including making x-
ray welds on 9% Chrome piping and other process piping systems.
