QA/QC Supervision / Pipeline Inspector
Interface with diverse range ofclients to complete small to large diameter pipeline construction projects.
Deliver expert onsite leadership for both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas operations. Excel in managing
daily activities of onsite crews and contractors, interfacing directly with clients to identify project

valve and coating of valve per Energy Transfer specification; Worked on fabrication of a Grapple Hooks
package at Bollinger Larose yard to lift up pipelines in deep water.

 Florida Gas: Served as chiefinspector at various locations in Tennessee and at Shell/Motiva Refinery.
Mitigated exposed 26” pipelines and inspected welds at FCVProject - EPA recovery units. Assisted in
selling piping packagesto Shell/Motiva Refinery. Supervised installation of two meter skids and all
hydro testing.
 Energy Transfer / Kinder Morgan / Cardinal Gas / M Bar Energy: Traveled to diverse location
throughout Ohio, Texas,and Louisiana to inspect station construction, pipeline projects and conduct
QA/QC on 24” pipeline installations.
 Teak Midstream: Senior Welding Inspector during installation of 2 & 3 phase separators, Lact Skid,
oil/water tanks and all connecting piping.
 Spectra Energy: Inspected installation of air Coolers, Dehyl platform piping inside existing plant.
 El Paso/TGP: Supervised fabrication of interconnect piping for installation on offshore platforms.
Served as Chief Inspector on the I-287 24” Pipeline Relocation in White Plains, NY; Directional
drilling across the Hudson River in New Jersey
 Cardinal Midstream, Inc.: Served as Chief Inspector on installation and testing of 8” two mile
pipeline.
 Keystone Gulf Coast Pipeline: Led the Spread 3 Mini Crew in inspecting welds on 36” pipeline.
 Castex Energy Inc.: Inspected installation of8” riser on 247’ jacket and pipeline piping on platform.
 El Paso/TGP: Monitored installation and coating of civil piping. Conducted all system Hydro testing.
Directional Drilling across rivers, streams, in plants across USA.
 SNG: Oversaw the upgrade of the ESD system at Muldoon Compressor Facility.
 NiSource / Columbia Gulf Transmission: Supervised and inspected installation of two 16” ultrasonic
meter skids and one 6” meter skid and all associated yard piping at Means E & G MS in Menifee
County, KY.
 Quality Control Specialists, Inc.: Served as Welding Inspector on Tennessee Gas Pipeline, monitored
construction of 6” pipeline, completed tie-in to existing 16” pipelines at the well head in
marsh/Vermilion Parish; Directional Drilling under river in Jackson, Miss.
 Boh Bros Construction: Served as Pipe Welder during construction of 12” to 42” pipeline.
 Quality Control Specialists: Monitored removal of Northern Natural Gas piping in Cameron, LA and
oversaw installation ofmeter station in Quitman, MS. Removed T.O.L. on interconnecting piping at
Monroe Gas Storage Facility in Detroit, AL.
 Enterprise Pipeline: Managed team in completing all piping tie-ins on a dual 8” 20 mile pipeline.
Inspected and approved all HDD bore section tie-ins, witnessed 159 hot bends plus coating
installation with FBE coating.
 J R J Energy Services, Inc.: Inspected installation and welds of 16” to 42” pipeline in storage site.
 EDG, Inc.: Planed and coordinated work packages for platform / pipeline installation at oversea
locations.
 El Paso Production: Served as Senior Inspector on installation of 12” pipeline, Tie-ins Directional
Drilling under streams and rivers across the USA and Hydro-testing.
 Motiva- Pro-Inspect, Inc.: Coordinated construction of T/A in HTU-2 unit with Shaw Construction.
 C & G Welders, Inc.: Supervised welding of 2” to 12” spooled pipeline for reel pipeline lay barges.
 Taylor Energy / Amerada Hess / C & G Welding / El Paso Production: Inspected installation and
construction of 2”, 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” and 12” pipelines that were 10 miles each on spool reels on lay
barge. Monitored coating of riser bends, construction of SCR risers for both onshore and offshore
operations.
