Highlights:
 Analysed crude oil lines from desalter and dry separator to tank ,tank to transfer pumps compensating gas from
header to tank, using ASME B 31.3 in CAESAR II VER 5.20.
 Analysed FRP PIPING SYSTEM for Effulent water, fire water, sanitary sewer water from pump suction and discharge
to storage tank, vessel, absorber equipment in using CAESAR II VER 5.20, 5.30, 6.10.
 Also analysed FRP PIPELINE for sea water system.
 API 650, API 610 is used to check nozzle allowable loads on tank shell and centrifugal pump.
 Checking of isometric continuation.
 Checking of product data, system summary and stress envelope.

 Worked as Piping Stress Engineer.
 Analysed:
CRUDE OIL SYSTEM - Dry crude from desalter tie-in 001/21 & dry separator Tie-in 002/21 to Dry tank N1
at GC-21.
1. Using API 650 to check External allowable stresses on tank nozzle, deflection and tank rotation of shell
opening.
2. We have considered occasional loads (Wind load) for piping above ground level.
3. We have considered occasional loads (Seismic) for piping above ground level.
4. Flange leakage check calculation was done.
5. Finally we have qualify the nozzle loads with in allowable.
 Using ASME B 31.3 code to be analysed for steel piping.
 Support marking on isometrics as per standards.

1. EFFULENT WATER SYSTEM - From Pump discharge to Storage tank.
2. Model the pump and using API 650 to check External allowable stresses on tank nozzle, deflection and tank
rotation of shell opening.
3. Pump operating and standby cases consider for pump operating and standby conditions.
4. A/G and U/G piping involve this system.
5. Flange leakage check calculation was done.
6. Check allowable stresses using stress envelope chart.
7. Finally we have qualify the nozzle loads with in allowable.
 Using ISO 14692 code to be analysed for FRP Piping.

PIPELINE (SEA WATER SYSTEM) From 8 inch U/G HWTH INJ. HDR TO REMOTE WTR/INJ.
1. U/G Pipeline only involves in this system.

Highlights:  Analysed crude oil lines from desalter and dry separator to tank ,tank to transfer pumps compensating gas from header to tank, using ASME B 31.3 in CAESAR II VER 5.20.  Analysed FRP PIPING SYSTEM for Effulent water, fire water, sanitary sewer water from pump suction and discharge to storage tank, vessel, absorber equipment in using CAESAR II VER 5.20, 5.30, 6.10.  Also analysed FRP PIPELINE for sea water system.  API 650, API 610 is used to check nozzle allowable loads on tank shell and centrifugal pump.  Checking of isometric continuation.  Checking of product data, system summary and stress envelope.  Modelling of entire piping network system.(A/G and U/G).  Stress analysis for entire piping network, to qualify the stress in pipes & fitting by recommending reinforcement & additional supports are required, and marking the same in the corresponding isometric drawing.

Role:  Worked as Piping Stress Engineer.  Analysed: CRUDE OIL SYSTEM - Dry crude from desalter tie-in 001/21 & dry separator Tie-in 002/21 to Dry tank N1 at GC-21. 1. Using API 650 to check External allowable stresses on tank nozzle, deflection and tank rotation of shell opening. 2. We have considered occasional loads (Wind load) for piping above ground level. 3. We have considered occasional loads (Seismic) for piping above ground level. 4. Flange leakage check calculation was done. 5. Finally we have qualify the nozzle loads with in allowable.  Using ASME B 31.3 code to be analysed for steel piping.  Support marking on isometrics as per standards.  Preparation & Checking of Analysis reports as per client requirement. Also using API 610 to check the pump nozzle allowable loads. 4. We have considered occasional loads (Wind load) for piping above ground level. 5. Preparation & Checking of Analysis reports as per client requirement. PROJECT TITLE : WARA PRESSURE MAINTANANCE POJECT. CLIENT : KUWAIT OIL COMPANY. Role:  Worked as Piping Stress Engineer.  Analysed: 1. EFFULENT WATER SYSTEM - From Pump discharge to Storage tank. 2. Model the pump and using API 650 to check External allowable stresses on tank nozzle, deflection and tank rotation of shell opening. 3. Pump operating and standby cases consider for pump operating and standby conditions. 4. A/G and U/G piping involve this system. 5. Flange leakage check calculation was done. 6. Check allowable stresses using stress envelope chart. 7. Finally we have qualify the nozzle loads with in allowable.  Using ISO 14692 code to be analysed for FRP Piping.  Support marking on isometrics as per standards.  Preparation & Checking of Analysis reports as per client requirement. PROJECT TITLE : SAUDI ARAMCO HWATAH PROJECT. CONTRACTOR : A.M.FARAJ EST(SAUDI ARABIAN OIL COMPANY). Role:  Worked as Piping Stress Engineer.  Analysed: PIPELINE (SEA WATER SYSTEM) From 8 inch U/G HWTH INJ. HDR TO REMOTE WTR/INJ. 1. U/G Pipeline only involves in this system. 2.   • 4. ORGANISATION : ALPAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS PVT LTD (JUN 2011 TO JAN 2014) PROJECT TITLE : INSTALLATION OF LPG MOUNDED BULLET-MATOLA. CLIENT : M/S PETROMAC. Role:  Worked as Piping Stress Engineer.  Analysed: LPG - 12inch LPG Line from bullet outlet to existing 12inch feed header.  Using ASME B 31.3 code to analysed.  Spring support used for as per client requirements.  Support marking on isometrics as per standards.  Co-ordination with other department.  Preparation & Checking of Analysis reports as per client requirement. PROJECT TITLE : BULK LPG STORAGE AT PETROMOC INSTALLATION. CLIENT : PETROMOC. Role:  Worked as Piping Stress Engineer.  Analysed: LPG line from manifold-1 to petromoc installation battery limit (LPG Pump house).  Using ASME B 31.3 code to analysed.  Support marking on isometrics as per standards.  Preparation & Checking of Analysis reports as per client requirements. Role:  Performed Stress Analysis using CAESAR II Software.  Worked as Piping Stress Engineer.  Analysed: HP Steam line from main steam header to PRDS, DSH component.  Using ASME B 31.1 code to analysed.  Model the steam header using CAESAR II.  Safety valve reaction force calculations done.  Co-ordination with other department.  Preparation & Checking of Analysis reports as per client requirements.
