phones, computers, chrome booksand tablets.GoogleClassroom has been chosen to be
implemented in the Lincoln Marti Charter SchoolchainI service in Miami DadeCounty
Schools.Identified GoogleAppsthat teacherswill be trained on are optimized forall devices
which reduces thechance for a student having a device that can not run the software. Also, the
familiarityof thegoogleplatformamong students and teachers makes the transition simpler
and thebuy in greater from thestart.

Use the Asset Tracking Management System (ATMS) to checkout devices to teachers and to
assign devices to teacher loaner groups. Teachers will keep thedevice accessories in the
classroom. Guidelinesfor storing and managing theaccessories are provided in theMobile
Device loaner Project Reference Guide, Section6: “DailyRoutines When Using Devices: In-
Class Model.”
Student Grouping
Students will begrouped based on formative assessment dataand therigor of thetask to be
completed in theclassroom. Most student grouping willbe a minimum of pair groups to give
students theopportunityto aska peer if a troubleshooting questionarises. Teams of 3 or more
will beidealdue to thecollaborativenature of theassignments and tasks assigned whileusing
theirdevice.
