My film is going to be about a female assassin that is trying to kill the parliament of Germany however Little does the
group behind her realise she may not live as there is a high spec gang protecting the parliament who are aiming to do
whatever to protect him. This could mean killing her. They will be hovering around the parliament housing on the 10th of
February as this is when the assassin is going to attack the building as it marks 10 years of the president of Germany been
prime minister . Little does the group behind the assassin called MI7 know that the parliament have found out through a
telephone line overhearing the conversation from their group MI65.

Games that I have played and my
reviews:
Candy crush: I really enjoy playing candy crush as I find it
quite challenging to be able to go up levels, I like this
feature I also like the colours and style for example how
the characters are quite animated. There is also lots of
Different versions of candy crush which makes it less
Boring in my opinion. The genre of this game is not
Really the style I am going for as it is quite basic in my
opinon.
Temple run: I loved this game when I was
younger, I think the speed of the game makes
it really intense and fun! I like the colours and
how its based on a bridge which is forestry!!
You can also upgrade and challenge yourself
along the way so It always keeps you
intrigued.
Slither.io: I loved this game, I think the fact
you can play it on web makes it easy for
people to access. Its also really addictive as
it gets your emotions going with the
frustration of not winning. I like how there
snakes to its different to a lot of games witch
are usually just people.

Levels
Details about how many levels.
How levels will vary.
An example of a beginner level.
An example of a complex level.
Games usually start easy as the player learns the game, getting a bit more difficult until the
player faces off against a nerve-wracking “boss fight” or “challenge gate”, then down to a
bit easier again to let players relax.
My game will have many different levels for example beginner- easy
Witch will just include easy tasks and challenges that are not too hard, it will then move
onto the next level of experienced- medium level, witch will challenge the player a little
more this will help the player feel more challenged. The last level is Champion- hard
This is the most challenging level of the game!
Assets
● Use this space to show the assets that you have made.
● If they are animated, then embed those animations on to your blog. They won’t work if you embed them here.
● Assets could be character designs and animations, environments, power ups, enemies, game over screens. Make
as much as you can, to get across how your game will look and play.
Evaluation
Research
• My research was pretty successful as I managed to collect a lot of information about popular
games and what the generation likes to play as well what would appeal to my audience. I
researched many colours and themes so I could find out what I wanted to use, this helped as then
I had more of an idea as to what I wanted my game to be about. I research the way games were
made, the best software, pixel art websites. I researched how I could make the game
more challenging and fun so I looked into different levels and how I can make it more of an
advanced game.
Planning
• During my planning I came across a few stumbles for example what my game was going to be
about as there was so many to choose from and I couldn’t decide, I decided to look into more
action horror inspired themes as I thought these would be more thrilling to play! I planned what
times I was going to be doing each thing in order to create the best plan of my project. I decided
to write things down for example what equipment I was going to be using and also if I needed
extra battery's and if I needed to have my computer charged, these were all technical things witch
had to be taken in to account however planning these things helped me have the perfect plan for
my project, I planned drafts of my magazine and game in order to get an idea of what I was
wanting to create.
Time Management
• My time management was pretty good however I think I could of managed the
prepping before the project a little better as it would of given me more time to
complete the final project. I managed to time my pretty well when it came to
producing the projects as I set myself a timer on what I had to get finished by the
end of the day this helped me process everything better!
Technical Qualities
I included technical qualities to my work such as how I created the game to be
able to challenge you in different levels. I added an animated character with
pixel art. I added different movements of the character and angles shot. I also
tested the music and sound using a app called Beep box this was helpful as I
could put my skills to test and challenge different sounds, I decided to use
Photoshop to do a challenge run of the game and test out different pixel sizes
to my choice.
Aesthetic Qualities
I used many aesthetic qualities for example bright colours like reds and blacks and
green witch connotated darkness and blood as well as violence, I made sure the
game appealed to the eye by using cool pixel work and making the game look cool
by having different levels to unlock and collecting points. I also made the character
cool by using different clothing colours as well as making it quite animated witch a
lot of gamers enjoy, I also made the assassin a female witch was empowering and
would appeal to my female audience.
Aural Qualities
I used lots of different aural qualities for example the audio of my project was
produced on beep box in order to create the best sound as well as I researched
different books and reviews online about games and popularity in order to create the
best project. I included noises for example when u level up to be surprising to the
player, I included characteristics like clicking of the keys when your playing on a
device.
Audience Appeal
I appealed to my audience by researching the times of games this age
range enjoys to play and what is most popular, I included more gory
features and included more challenging levels to challenge the
audience. I made sure I made the main character of the front cover and
game female as I wanted it to appeal to the female audience more than
the male as I am very female empowering and there's a lot of games
that appeal to men but not as many violent games that appeal to
women.
Overall strengths and weaknesses of the final
package.
My overall strengths were creating a good magazine with eye catching
headlines as well as been able to produce a good pixel game and been able
to appeal to the audience, a strength of mine was creating the pixel game
and challenging different concepts, I really enjoyed creating the magazine
front cover and using the different tools in premiere. A few weakness of
mine would be the time management of finishing the whole package as I
struggled a little with understanding some parts so I could of allowed myself
more time as well as knowing how to improve my pixel game to make it even
better as I was unaware of some tools to use to improve it so I felt quite
limited.

This could mean killing her. They will be hovering around the parliament housing on the 10th of February as this is when the assassin is going to attack the building as it marks 10 years of the president of Germany been prime minister . Little does the group behind the assassin called MI7 know that the parliament have found out through a telephone line overhearing the conversation from their group MI65.

  • 33. Games that I have played and my reviews: Candy crush: I really enjoy playing candy crush as I find it quite challenging to be able to go up levels, I like this feature I also like the colours and style for example how the characters are quite animated. There is also lots of Different versions of candy crush which makes it less Boring in my opinion. The genre of this game is not Really the style I am going for as it is quite basic in my opinon. Temple run: I loved this game when I was younger, I think the speed of the game makes it really intense and fun! I like the colours and how its based on a bridge which is forestry!! You can also upgrade and challenge yourself along the way so It always keeps you intrigued. Slither.io: I loved this game, I think the fact you can play it on web makes it easy for people to access. Its also really addictive as it gets your emotions going with the frustration of not winning. I like how there snakes to its different to a lot of games witch are usually just people.

  • 38. Levels Details about how many levels. How levels will vary. An example of a beginner level. An example of a complex level. Games usually start easy as the player learns the game, getting a bit more difficult until the player faces off against a nerve-wracking “boss fight” or “challenge gate”, then down to a bit easier again to let players relax. My game will have many different levels for example beginner- easy Witch will just include easy tasks and challenges that are not too hard, it will then move onto the next level of experienced- medium level, witch will challenge the player a little more this will help the player feel more challenged. The last level is Champion- hard This is the most challenging level of the game!
  • 39. Assets ● Use this space to show the assets that you have made. ● If they are animated, then embed those animations on to your blog. They won’t work if you embed them here. ● Assets could be character designs and animations, environments, power ups, enemies, game over screens. Make as much as you can, to get across how your game will look and play.
  • 41. Research • My research was pretty successful as I managed to collect a lot of information about popular games and what the generation likes to play as well what would appeal to my audience. I researched many colours and themes so I could find out what I wanted to use, this helped as then I had more of an idea as to what I wanted my game to be about. I research the way games were made, the best software, pixel art websites. I researched how I could make the game more challenging and fun so I looked into different levels and how I can make it more of an advanced game.
  • 42. Planning • During my planning I came across a few stumbles for example what my game was going to be about as there was so many to choose from and I couldn’t decide, I decided to look into more action horror inspired themes as I thought these would be more thrilling to play! I planned what times I was going to be doing each thing in order to create the best plan of my project. I decided to write things down for example what equipment I was going to be using and also if I needed extra battery's and if I needed to have my computer charged, these were all technical things witch had to be taken in to account however planning these things helped me have the perfect plan for my project, I planned drafts of my magazine and game in order to get an idea of what I was wanting to create.
  • 43. Time Management • My time management was pretty good however I think I could of managed the prepping before the project a little better as it would of given me more time to complete the final project. I managed to time my pretty well when it came to producing the projects as I set myself a timer on what I had to get finished by the end of the day this helped me process everything better!
  • 44. Technical Qualities I included technical qualities to my work such as how I created the game to be able to challenge you in different levels. I added an animated character with pixel art. I added different movements of the character and angles shot. I also tested the music and sound using a app called Beep box this was helpful as I could put my skills to test and challenge different sounds, I decided to use Photoshop to do a challenge run of the game and test out different pixel sizes to my choice.
  • 45. Aesthetic Qualities I used many aesthetic qualities for example bright colours like reds and blacks and green witch connotated darkness and blood as well as violence, I made sure the game appealed to the eye by using cool pixel work and making the game look cool by having different levels to unlock and collecting points. I also made the character cool by using different clothing colours as well as making it quite animated witch a lot of gamers enjoy, I also made the assassin a female witch was empowering and would appeal to my female audience.
  • 46. Aural Qualities I used lots of different aural qualities for example the audio of my project was produced on beep box in order to create the best sound as well as I researched different books and reviews online about games and popularity in order to create the best project. I included noises for example when u level up to be surprising to the player, I included characteristics like clicking of the keys when your playing on a device.
  • 47. Audience Appeal I appealed to my audience by researching the times of games this age range enjoys to play and what is most popular, I included more gory features and included more challenging levels to challenge the audience. I made sure I made the main character of the front cover and game female as I wanted it to appeal to the female audience more than the male as I am very female empowering and there's a lot of games that appeal to men but not as many violent games that appeal to women.
  • 48. Overall strengths and weaknesses of the final package. My overall strengths were creating a good magazine with eye catching headlines as well as been able to produce a good pixel game and been able to appeal to the audience, a strength of mine was creating the pixel game and challenging different concepts, I really enjoyed creating the magazine front cover and using the different tools in premiere. A few weakness of mine would be the time management of finishing the whole package as I struggled a little with understanding some parts so I could of allowed myself more time as well as knowing how to improve my pixel game to make it even better as I was unaware of some tools to use to improve it so I felt quite limited.
