project budgets from $20K to $60K per month. Set-up all special events and productions, negotiated with vendors, and
handled logistics for seamless productions. Facilitated itineraries, hotel and entertainment venues, and travel schedules for
VIP’s, government officials, merchants, and many financial, tax, and other business professionals from Manhattan and
northern New Jersey who attended business meetings or other planned events.

grilled cheese food truck and a dog themed calendar.
 Produced a small variety show entitled “Cueball Sessions” within a cocktail party atmosphere (i.e., negotiated and
interacted with various talents, coordinated entire production from marketing to catering and entertainment, and
organized floor space for talent, audience, and catering for event that was well received and well attended.

CE Week | New York, NY
Worked with CE Week team to produce, organize and run a three day consumer electronics event in NYC to act as the mid
year national gathering for various well established consumer electronics companies and corporations as well as several
start-up companies.
 Reviewed and deciphered contracts between the CE Week producers and companies who would become varying
degrees of partners for the CE Week 2014 event.
 Worked with HTML and photo shop to help create over a hundred and fifty custom registrations and email promotions
for exhibiting companies to send out as their personal promotion.
 Worked with onsite staff to set-up infrastructure, signage and overall flow of the event floor.
 Coordinated with event staff to provide speakers and moderators for CE Week conferences with the necessary
equipment and tools including microphones, podiums, on-stage chairs and slideshows to produce their presentations.
 Surveyed event floor helping to solve various vendor issues that arose as well as greeting and help navigate media,
exhibitors and speakers to desired areas of interest.
