and artwork source files Library (Digital Asset Management System) with focus group for U.S. and International access.

Client and team liaison and packaging designer. Involved in project teams; provided communication and art direction to the
Production Team, managed large volumes of electronic artwork, met demanding deadlines. Organized and obtained pertinent
information for these projects to improve efficiency and prevent rework/cost as the project progressed. Presented design
concepts and provided feedback to others in a critique environment. Developed a cross-functional relationship between each
team in the company’s Print Media group (production designers/designers) to improve each team’s workflow and enhance my
individual design capabilities.

Marketing / Customer Service Representative
Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester, NY November 1990 - June 1996
Provided precise and accurate information electronically through internal bulletin boards and newsletters for several business
units. Developed proofreading and editing skills through revising and verifying detailed information. Responsible for bimonthly
report, Voice of the Customer. Created visuals of customer concerns for different departments and focus groups; publicized
requirements for change in specific areas. Conducted interviews with internal department contacts to verify the report’s purpose
and obtain feedback for future improvements to the report. Marketing Representative at the American Chemical Society Trade
Show at Denver, CO in March 1993. Domestic/International contact during a major integration with a Kodak subsidiary;
