20 vendors. Have been able to stabilize current store and have increased sales to well over $100,000 a month.
Have found various cost cutting methods as well as ways to greatly reduce inventory shrink while increasing

various venders. The company representative for the local BNI group to help market the company. Ensured
information accuracy through daily reports and spreadsheets that were forwarded to upper management. Made

institution that saved the company $10,000 annually in fees. Managed contact center with a rotating staff of 30
CSR employees. Set schedules, interviewed/hired all CSR staff, daily, weekly, monthly training through side
by side coaching and phone jump training.

Successfully opened two restaurants in Augusta GA. Was in charge of employee records, payroll, ordering
inventory, schedules, vendor negotiations, interviewing and training staff. Installed all new P.O.S. systems both
locations along with credit card P.O.S. software, alarm software, and oversaw all renovations to both sites.

Grand Occasions - Grand Rapids, MI - 2002 to 2008
Successfully planned and executed up to 30 events a year. Events included weddings, corporate events, and
private large scale events many of which took place over several days at various locations. Coordinated all
vendors and assembled/executed detailed itinerates for each event. Organized and directed multiple events
over several counties on same date. Hired and trained staff of 17-25 to follow detailed instructions for each
event.
