Is a theory about how problems in human
learning are identified and solved. And has an
integrated sets of principles that explain and
predict observed events.
Is a field involved in applying a complex,
integrated process to analyze and solve
problems in human learning.
6. Consists of the designs and environments
that engage learners and reliable techniques
or method for engaging learning such as
cognitive learning strategies and critical
thinking skills.
Is a field study which is concerned with
the practice of using educational methods
and resources for the ultimate goal of
facilitating the learning process. It operated
with in the total field of education.

Technology: Boon or Bane?
Technology is boon or a
blessing to man when it is used
properly and does not cause harm
to man. More over technology can
be considered boon also when it
gives comfort, save time ,
materials and energy.
8. Technology is Bane or a
curse when it is being
abused or misused. Like in
the life of a student, when
this student becomes
addicted to a video game
that’s the time technology is
already a bane.

Serves as a TEACHER.
Serves as a source and presenter of
knowledge.
Technology like computers is seen
as productivity tool.

TECHNOLOGY
Serves as a PARTNER IN LEARNING.
Serves as learning tool to learn with.
Engages learners in active , Constructive ,
intentional , authentic and cooperative learning.

combination of the processes and tools
involved in addressing educational
needs and problems with emphasis on
applying the most current tools:
computers and their related
technologies.
21. Today, the students are called the 21st
century learners and they need 21st
century skilled teachers too as they are
provided with 21st century materials.
When we say 21st century learners, the
students are living in a modern world who
keeps in touch with technology trends.
They are individuals that see better ways
to utilize technology to learn.
