Supervised and managed ten personnel assigned to the Network Operations Center.
Insured all network maintenance and downtimes were accomplished in a timely manner.
Managed all aspects of the local and wide-area network, and provided operational
systems support to over 2,400 intelligence systems and personnel. Effectively used
management and leadership skills to ensure my personnel effectively completed 4,500
support requests in a timely manner which improved customer satisfaction and network
down times.
 System administrator for local and wide area networks. Daily use of server utilities to
include Computer Management, Group Policy Editor, Regedit, Domain Name
Services, Remote Desktop Administration, and Active Directory.
 Performed system upgrades and backups. Installed, configured and maintained
operating systems and applications on over 140 servers and over 1,200 workstations.
