4. General Santos City National High School is
currently using manual operations such as taking
down the student information during enrollment
and stored it using Microsoft Excel Application and
manually computes the student bills by the school
cashier and after computing, the school cashier will
manually write and produce the payment receipt.

12. The proposed system exceeds only to what has been stated in its scope. It doesn’t
include the following:
 The system cannot compute the monthly expenses of the
school.
 System does not accept any credit/debit card as mode of
payment.
 Any other online mode of payments is not supported by the
system.
 The SMS Notification is only available to local cellular
phone numbers. Numbers from outside the country (like
roaming sim cards and numbers from different countries)
will not be able to receive text notifications of the said
system.

15. The spiral model combines the idea of iterative development with
the systematic, controlled aspects of the waterfall model. Spiral
model is a combination of iterative development process model and
sequential linear development model i.e. waterfall model with very
high emphasis on risk analysis. It allows for incremental releases
of the product, or incremental refinement through each iteration
around the spiral.
