To review the employees DTR and record tardiness, post paid or unpaid leaves,
overtime and count number of working days for payroll computation
To prepare monthly summary of tardiness and unauthorized absences of employees
To prepare Monthly Reports of new employees to SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth and
update BIR Records
To assist the employees fill up PhilHealth forms, SSS, BIR, etc.
To prepare certification of Employment (COE) requested by employees
To type Quit ClaimClearance of resigning employees
To request office supplies and other materials needed by the Personnel Department
To prepare stencil of Personnel Forms and facilitates mimeographing of forms.
To type and laminate ID’s of new employees and replacements of lost ones.
