 Identify companies within different target markets as agreed with the Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:
 To report directly to the Human Resources Manager and manage the
department in his absence
 To prepare correspondences, memoranda and reports for review/signature of the
HR Manager
 To prepare advertisement for job vacancies
 To conduct preliminary interview to applicants
 To assist and administer pre-employment examinations to applicants
 To review the credentials of applicants and sees to it that all the required documents
are completed
 To conduct orientation on personnel policies to newly hired employees
 To post the leave credits of employees and maintain their individual vacation/sick
leaves ledgers
 To assist the HR Manager in conducting performance evaluation of employees at
periodic intervals and determine the extent of manpower utilization
 To assist the HR Manager in determining the movement of employees through
promotion, transfer, demotion or separation
 To assist the HR Manager in conducting investigation of personnel related cases
involving employees attitude and work standard
 To corroborate and coordinate with all the departments in the implementation of
the restaurants rules and regulations and other personnel related matters
 To assist the HR Manager in conducting employees meetings and preparation of the
minutes of the meeting
 Prepare Employee Movement Forms for employees with approved transfer,
promotion and salary increases, etc.
 Monitor the employee’s tardiness and absences without official leave on a monthly
basis and prepare their corresponding sanctions based on the restaurants code of
discipline
 To prepare the monthly daily time record (DTR) of employees
 To review the employees DTR and record tardiness, post paid or unpaid leaves,
overtime and count number of working days for payroll computation
 To prepare monthly summary of tardiness and unauthorized absences of employees
 To prepare Monthly Reports of new employees to SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth and
update BIR Records
 To assist the employees fill up PhilHealth forms, SSS, BIR, etc.
 To prepare certification of Employment (COE) requested by employees
 To type Quit ClaimClearance of resigning employees
 To request office supplies and other materials needed by the Personnel Department
 To prepare stencil of Personnel Forms and facilitates mimeographing of forms.
 To type and laminate ID’s of new employees and replacements of lost ones.
 To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
