12. • Times are changing and the lines between medical and
consumer industry are blurring, where personal devices for
medical tasks are gaining trust and acceptance from both
professionals and consumers
• In a large medical equipment manufacturer, the new Business
Director has been tasked to innovate on the Blood Glucose
Meter. He must now configure the ‘Dream Team’ for this task.
• You are the market leader in medical devices, however, your
competitors are starting to provide additional services, which
fit the consumer needs and are desirable

We will share a case with you and ask you to create the dream team using some tools (20 min.)
We will reflect after the task and draw together conclusions about HOW to create our dream team to innovate! (30 min).
We will do this in teams of 3-4 people.
