I'm a laudable Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales Representative, a skilled Territory Manager in the
area of Retail Pharmacies, Hospitals and all spheres of the Medical profession and Retail. I lived
in Auckland New Zealand for a number of years gaining experience as an Operations
Manager/ PR/Customer Services, and Office manager in the hospitality industry. My invaluable
experience, training and skills have equipped me to achieve success in various areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Newly formed On Shelf Pharma is an Agency responsible for representing various Suppliers with
Medirite, Clicks, Spar, Pick n Pay and Dischem Pharmacies e.g. Takeda, Alcon, Holistix, SA
Healthcare, Amka, Activo, Vita Aid, XS Health, Cirrus, V Tech, Foodstate, Hi Care, Natures Lift,
Vaya, Fludara, Bio Lotion, Ice man, Trident Saddlery Etc. Duties included calling on all Dischem
Pharmacies in the Western Cape and calls consist of obtaining Zmor printouts from
Administrators, checking on credit returns, doing stock counts vs. stock levels, tidying up the
shelves and placing orders with the department buyers and the Pharmacy / Store managers.
Some were courtesy calls purely to build relationships as orders get placed internally only.
Duties include taking supplier product photos daily and emailing via The PDA system. Also for
setting up stands and executing promotions. I worked independently, supervision unnecessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for: Calling on all pharmacies in the Western Cape. To extensively carry out
thorough product knowledge training to all Pharmacy staff including Clinic sisters, Pharmacists,
all front shop assistants, cashiers etc. Also to take stock, introduce new lines, build and nurture
best possible customer relations. Liaise with key decision makers, buyers, store managers,
merchandisers and store department controllers. Duties include keeping up-to-date with
competitor products and related issues within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
Admin duties: customer stock control records, call sheets, route planners, training and sample

Key Responsibilities:
Liaison between Nando’s New Zealand and Australia, the Restaurant franchisees, managers,
staff, and patrons. Duties included Office admin, PA to Directors, Secretarial, Reception &
general running of the office and to collate the weekly/monthly restaurant’s sales figures.
Courtesy calls to the restaurants and to manage customer complaints. Dispatching of ‘Mystery

Key Responsibilities:
To proactively promote, market, merchandize and sell burn-care products, first aid kits as well
as surgical lines to Retail Pharmacies, chain-store Groups, Wholesalers, Hospitals, all Medical
Professionals and amenities. Duties included: stock-taking, placing, packing, executing of
orders and deliveries when necessary. Implement presentations and staff training for the
treatment, prevention and care of burn wounds. To attend Hospital Burn Unit patient ‘ward
rounds’ with Medical Specialists and partake in Government clinical trials. Duties also included
selling a novelty range of UV Sun Protection products as well as an aqueous cream

Reason for leaving: Contract position
Key Responsibilities:
To introduce an advanced medical concept in wound healing and aggressively promote an
innovative range of Wound Care Dressings by way of presentations, detailing and in-service
training, saturating the vast medical profession. Duties included clinical trials, to launch and
opening up Wound Clinics and to participate in Hospital ‘Rep Days’. Responsibilities also
included all those that fall in line with calling on Retail Pharmacies both with the wound care
dressings as well as the J&J range of surgical products. To maintain exemplary professionalism

Employment Summary On Shelf Pharma 01 August 2013 – 30 May 2014 Position: Pharmaceutical Representative Reason for leaving: Resigned Key Responsibilities: Newly formed On Shelf Pharma is an Agency responsible for representing various Suppliers with Medirite, Clicks, Spar, Pick n Pay and Dischem Pharmacies e.g. Takeda, Alcon, Holistix, SA Healthcare, Amka, Activo, Vita Aid, XS Health, Cirrus, V Tech, Foodstate, Hi Care, Natures Lift, Vaya, Fludara, Bio Lotion, Ice man, Trident Saddlery Etc. Duties included calling on all Dischem Pharmacies in the Western Cape and calls consist of obtaining Zmor printouts from Administrators, checking on credit returns, doing stock counts vs. stock levels, tidying up the shelves and placing orders with the department buyers and the Pharmacy / Store managers.
