and implementing a new ERP system to better manage DC to store transportation.

Founder, owner, and President of Senyon Staffing Services, Inc. which provides highly specialized, executive-level
business process and technology services. Successes include the following:
Led the conversion from an internal AJB payment switch to the ACI hosted RCS payment switch and in-
store eSocket.POS software. The project was the first combined implementation of eSocket.POS and
RCS and ACI’s first tip restaurant implementation.
Spearheaded an engagement with a distributed retailer/service provider and worked directly as a member
of the President’s Senior Leadership Team to lead the implementation of their multi-year strategy to
dominate their market.
Led all aspects of the planning, content creation and implementation of the 2014 and 2015 Annual Store
Leadership meeting for a larger retailer accommodating 2800 attendees.
Created, while managing multiple external vendors (ACI, VeriFone and BAMS/First Data), and
implemented a new payment acceptance suite which included “end to end” encryption and tokenization

to protect cardholder information and substantially reduce PCI audit scope. In addition to the PCI audit
scope reduction, interchange fees have been reduced by over 10%.
Evaluated all store technology for a large retailer and built a detailed IT development roadmap.
Led a business operations, marketing, and branding change program to position a retailer for future
growth. Worked directly with executive management (CEO, COO & CFO) while organizing and
directing all department heads and managing multiple external vendors.
Successfully architected and executed a plan to integrate an acquired 500-location retailer into the
acquiring organization. Led team to evaluate all business processes; agree on which organization’s process
to use, and then executed the change management activities to implement the best practices selected.

Franchise owner of the Primrose School of Columbus Trail. Responsible for managing all aspects of a 9,000
square foot campus, 4 playgrounds, 2 buses, over 150 children and 30 employees. During first year of ownership,
drove an enrollment increase higher than the other 200 schools in the country - enrollment increased by 45%,
while the average school enrollment declined by 4%. Current enrollment exceeds industry and Primrose averages.
Partner, Accenture, Washington, DC, Pittsburgh, PA and Dallas, TX 1987-2003
Progressive 16-year career of rapid advancement resulting in promotion to Partner. Accountable for all aspects of
business operations on engagements that, in addition to program and client management, included vendor
management, personnel management and delivery of financial results. While serving as Managing Partner for the
products community in the Pittsburgh office, this office experienced one of the highest satisfaction levels and
lowest attrition rates of any office in the country. Selected client experiences include:
Responsible for the operational component of an eCommerce strategy for a multi department big box
retailer. Acting CIO for the new business venture during start up.
Led a joint Accenture and postal service team in developing the retail technology strategy required to
support the postal service’s overall retail transformation.
Built and then led several teams, both on site and offshore, in replacing retailer’s legacy systems,
ultimately improving retailer’s ability to make faster and better business decisions. Defined new
application architecture including Retek Merchandising System, Manugistics Demand and Fulfillment
modules, and Manugistics Transportation suite.
Managed an aggressive schedule to build, test, and deploy all application systems, hardware and
infrastructure to support a start-up hardlines retailer during business opening. Built a cohesive team and
coordinated the efforts of over 10 different organizations and over 100 people. Retailer opened on time
with capabilities in excess of those originally promised.
Led a team of Accenture and Client personnel in implementing new pricing and advertising business
processes and tools for a $1.5 billion sporting goods retailer. Retailer realized significant sales and gross
margin improvements and credited Accenture in their annual report.
Led a series of projects aimed at improving the in-store productivity of a retailer’s 1,600 tire and service
centers. Created and then directed a project team of over 50 user, IT, consulting, contractor and vendor
personnel, managed a capital budget over $50 million, and delivered a business case of productivity gains,
increased annual revenue by $100 million and net income by over $10 million.
Successfully led two systems planning projects for a 200 unit movie theater chain to develop the detailed
plans for wholesale replacement of the theatre and home office systems. Managed all aspects of the five
year program, controlled a capital budget of over $30 million and delivered a business case estimating a
four year payback. Program and benefits were delivered one year ahead of schedule.
