consultants. This involved applications running at six fulfillment stores and the
corporate office.
• Implemented/integrated XBR (DataVantage) Loss Prevention System.
• In-house developed Store P&L reports for stores, DM’s, RVP’s and LP distributed at
various levels of the store hierarchy.
• In-house developed Customer Relationship Management System capturing
transactional spending history and demographic information for over 8 million
customers driving marketing efforts. Note: The data for these customers was later
transferred to Stage Stores after they purchased the Goody’s name and CRM data.
• Developed Hyperion essBase Cubes and ETL feeds from other data sources which
transformed the ability to accurately gauge company performance.
• In-house developed PCI Compliant Credit Card Management System, which helped to
avoid costly credit card data theft that had occurred at other retailers including TJX.
• In-house developed web-based (VB & ASP.NET) Personnel Contact management
application with integration to Lawson HR system.
• In-house developed web-based (VB & ASP.NET) Executive Information Portal with
Sales, Margin, and Inventory data displayed at any intersection of store and

• Reduced EDI VAN Costs by 50% annually ($125K) through implementation and
integration of AS/2 peer to peer communications.
• Receiving Sortation System upgrade increasing cross-dock capabilities by 150%.

initial floor set was delivered to the stores.
