Schedule weekly MRP jobs and daily MPS jobs on SAP (to ensure that consumption of forecast by
customer orders is up to date).
Investigate and resolve any problems arising from MRP on SAP e.g. incorrect or missing demand or
supply information, incorrect master data setups, purchase requisitions not converted because of sourcing
or pricing issues etc. Run jobs to check integrity of MRP Planning Table, and add or delete entries as

- Monitor and maintain item master data critical for MRP and order promising e.g. lead times, time
fences, lot size horizon etc. - Set up vendor parameters when requested by the buyer so that purchase
orders will be auto-E-mailed to the vendor or downloaded to the Supplier Portal - Maintain the SAP
manufacturing calendar, defining working days, non-working days, holiday periods etc. - Investigate
master data problems which prevent customer orders from being loaded, purchase requisitions or
purchase orders from being created etc. - Investigate problems relating to the P.O. interfaces operating

Bishara Textile and Garment Manufacturing Co. (BTM) is a leading group in the Egyptian textile and
garment industry. It was established in 1961 at the Zeitoun Textile Hand Printing Company. Mr. Bishara
who founded the group, is a prominent Egyptian businessman and a member of Egyptian American
Presidential Council, Export Supreme Council and also a member of the Shura Council. Production of
menswear began in 1981 at Bishara Textile and Garment Manufacturing Company. The brand of Marie
Louis was added to the group in 1988.
Main Tasks
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports,
handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing
correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also
train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
