 Arranging & distribution of stationary and pantry items for site office
 If required arranging transportation for staff and workers
 Managing site petty cash, Cash Purchases, Processing of bills
 Deal with all the staff / workers / visitors turn up with different issues.
 Coordinating with staffs for weekly time sheets, preparing invoices based on the time
sheets for the different projects
 Regular office administration works

 Receiving newly joined staff - arranging all the PPEs, safety induction, Main contractors
approval, access pass, arrange company accommodation if required, Introducing to Admin
Manager & Directors, arranging Visa medical, Emirates ID, Salary advance etc.
 
Dubai Marina Mall & Hotel Apartment Project at  Dubai Marina (July 2006 to May 2010  &  
Mirdiff City Centre Project, Mirdif, Dubai  (May 2010 to March 2011) 
 Preparation of daily reports.
 Correspondence with main contractor, sub contractors, suppliers and clients.
 Documentation, distribution & filing of necessary documents.
