JOB PROFILE GULF:
HR Admin Dept.
 Assisting HO- HR for manpower mobilization formalities of Project
 Co-ordination for collection of CVs, assessment of CVs and onward submission to HO for
mobilization formalities
 Co-ordination with HO, candidates, manpower agency to get the required details for visa
processing
 Co-coordinating with site P&A / other departments for obtaining Performance evaluation of staff
and workers including Performance evaluation of employees under probation period.
 Site Co-ordination for oil passes of employees.
 Salary processing of Project.
 Maintenance of Master manpower data including Wrench
 Preparation of demobilization / transfer letters and maintenance of demobilization records.
 Preparation of Full and final and leave settlements.
 Preparation of release reports.
 Preparation of Service Certificates and salary certificates.
 Co-ordination for visa renewal of balance employees.
 Preparation of various MIS Repots (Daily / Weekly / monthly) and any other additional MIS as
and when required by HO.
 On arrival of new recruits, update the list of employees arrived and complete the
Documentation .
 Maintain a clear picture about the visa and immigration status.
 Also maintain an updated status on the mobilization plans.
 Maintaining an up to date rack on labour clearance received for visas, its allocation as well as
utilization by reconciliation.
 After completing joining formalities guide to employees for attending HSE Induction and duty
allocation.
 Also assisting to the seniors and time keepers.
 Responsible for arrangement of CNIA entry gate passes for plant Area.
 Also responsible for Temporary entry Gate Pass for plant Area.
 Daily incoming and outgoing correspondence (IOM) with PHO & HO.
 Also prepared expenditure statement for worker and getting the Approval from management.
 Prepared Hired Vehicle timesheet and getting approval from Management.
 Prepared Service Certificate of resigned, demoded and transferred employees and also prepared
database of service certificate.
 Maintained personnel files of employees.
 Data Entry of Over time of employees (workman) in Payroll.
 After Demobilization Vis Cancelation Tracking summary.
