Make a lesson plan on origin and evolution of earth
For any elementary grade
Lesson plan

At the end of this lesson students will be able to ……
• know about nebula hypothesis regarding origin and
evolution of earth.
• Know about the birth of earth and other planets and stars
.
• Remember the layers of earth .
• Name the different layers of earth’s atmosphere.
Data collection : it will be collected by listening students’
answers/responses of questions.
Questions
1. Around what earth and other planets revolve ?(sun)
2. How many planets do there found in solar systems ?(8
planets)
3. How did earth form?(by the explosion of materials , and
after about 10 billion years ago earth even whole solar
system began to form)
4. What is age of earth?(4,570,000 000years)
5. Name different layers of earth?(3,crust, mantle and core
(inner and outer core ).
6. Name the layers of earth’s atmosphere?(troposphere,
stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere and exosphere)
etc
Motivation : it will be given through the question that ……
Q what do we eat ?(food)
Q from what it comes ?(from plants)
Q where plants grow?(on earth)
Q of which system earth belongs to ?(solar system)
Learning sequencing and spacing
1. Motivation through questions.
2. Introduction of lesson.
3. Explanation of lesson through ppt.
4. Revision of lesson verbally.
5. Time given to think and ask questions.
6. Answering of students’ questions.
7. Verbal questions will be asked to know either topic is
clear to all or not.
Material required :ppt file and multimedia
Strategy for misconception : if students have any confusion
regarding this lesson teacher will resolve it through asking
questions to other students and then explain it .
