equipment and construction provided by JSC “Tomskgazstroy”.
Project included foundations for vertical and horizontal storage tanks, erection of miscellaneous
vessels and equipment units, pipe racks, pipe sleepers, pipelines, valve boxes and pump stations,
concrete reservoirs, industrial buildings and roads, etc.
• Provided overall construction planning support to the Project Team including contract
planning, resource planning, and input to cost estimates and project schedules.
• Lead the development of bid documents, subcontractors bid lists, subcontractors pre-
qualifications, analysis of bid packages, writes recommendations to award, assists with
