Project Engineer with over eleven years of Civil Site Development and Project Engineering
experience. Can contribute as member of an integrated design team or adopt the role of lead
engineer responsible for all aspects of project realization. Well placed to ensure that the design
and the specifications are thoroughly implemented and assured by close supervision of key
construction activities by utilizing inspection experience, checklist, witnessing and reviewing
different tests and investigations. Worked on a variety of mega and pioneering projects as
project engineer, especially working on the Royal Commission for Jubail contracts. Project
experience includes supervising engineering activities of other engineers, administrating
technical services contracts for site development prepared by consultant engineers,
performing civil engineering reviews and coordinate reviews with other disciplines
and departments . Experience also includes supervising construction activities. All design
done in accordance with internationally recognized standard as well as Saudi and Royal
Commission specifications. Extensive experience in the use of civil highway engineering design
software and AutoCad as well as Windows Applications.

Construction of New Army Base in Jubail
Project Engineer
The project includes developing an area of 100 hectares of
site with primary infrastructure for the Army Base in Jubail.
Site development includes roads, grading, storm drainage,
storm water retention ponds, potable water distribution,
sanitary wastewater system, irrigation system, medium
voltage electrical power distribution, roads lighting,
telecommunication system network, sidewalks, landscaping
2. and full construction of two (2) sewage lift stations, one (1)
pump station, erection of two (2) steel tanks, one concrete
tank, and more than 100 buildings.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer, responsible for managing a multi
disciplines in- house design team including the preparation
of a project master plan. Managed the in- house team
members to insure the work is completed on schedule,
within budget and with expected quality. During the design,
coordinated the design between the disciplines and
conducted many design workshops and meeting including
stakeholder coordination meetings. Developed the WBS,
schedule and interference matrices.

The project includes developing an area of 140 hectares of
site with primary infrastructure for the Marines Base in
Jubail. Site development includes roads, grading, storm
drainage, storm water retention ponds, potable water
distribution, sanitary wastewater system, irrigation system,
medium voltage electrical power distribution, roads lighting,
telecommunication system network, sidewalks, landscaping
and full construction of one (1) sewage lift station, two (2)
pump stations and erection of two (2) steel tanks, and more
than 100 buildings.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer, responsible for the schedule, budget
and quality of the design deliverables including but limited
to defining the alternatives for rough grading of the area,
assisting the consultant in designing different infrastructure
utilities such as drainage, sewers and potable water
networks, participating in design workshops, value
engineering workshops, obtaining third parties approvals,
meetings with third parties, closing the design review
comments, preparing presentations to stakeholders and
Royal Commission management.

Responsibilities:
As a Civil Engineer, responsible for reviewing civil design
packages prepared by consultants.

network, sanitary waste water network, drainage network,
