 Pipe Risk Based Assessment (RBA) implementation began from 2015.

first time in SEIC and Deploying hot tap stoppling on 24” oil pipeline using TDW.

assure integrity to avoid complicated valve replacement –paper published in Trident Dec 2015
edition.
 Creating Maintenance strategy to repair offshore pipelines free spans by trenching method
using Mass Flow Excavator, MFE, instead of rock dumping and developed local expertise to
use Fat free assessment based on API RPF-105 reducing interventions saving circa USD3mln.
 Develop SRB (Sulphate Reducing bacteria) mitigation strategy in SEIC to begin inhibition to
mitigate risk of MIC (Microbial Induced Corrosion).
 Execute Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of Pipeline equipment in vendor places (Aberdeen
