 Boiler defination:
A boiler is a closed vessel in which water or other fluids are heated and
steam generated.
A kettle, steam locomotive, etc are all examples for boilers

Then all weld subject to pressure are test by non destructive
testing (NDT)

 6th step:
furnace,combustion chamber and front tube plate are fitted
to the boiler shell

Then all parts are fitted adjacent to each other
On completion of tubing boiler shell is subjected to hydraulic
test and inspection

 On completion boiler is fitted to oil gas or dual burner

 Then smoke box door are fitted

 Then stop and safety valves are fitted for steam exportation
and to relieve excess pressure

 Then hydraulic or water level controlled and pressure
gauges are fitted to boiler .
 A blow down valve is also fitted to empty boiler or to remove
unwanted solids from bottom

 Then all external electrical components are ore wired to a
side mounted control panel
