 Posted ads for medical consultants nationwide
 Examined numerous resumes and chose candidates for interview
 In two months I personally hired 25 people throughout the East coast
 Once on boarded, had 5 reps producing within the first week
 On boarded and created numerous types of paperwork in order to create a booklet of information for each rep
 Generated a system to organize all reps and evaluate their progress as 1099 contractors
