Job responsibilities of admin Department: Employees in this job function as professional managers with
responsibility for directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various
administrative activities for an organization. Employees in this job may be responsible for managing various
operations at factory level (i.e. food service, physical plant, Vehicle Management, Security Administration,
building maintenance etc). The work requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of
administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures.
Look after cleanliness, safety and information security issues. Control and Monitor Company’s vehicles
pool, their registration, tax token, fitness, road permit and other necessary issues. Maintain and control all
admin issues i.e. Transport management, Utility services, office equipments & tools, safety &
security, program arrangements, staff activities etc.
Job responsibilities of a Human Resources Department: Ensuring all bookkeeping with regards to
employee compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations is
completed as required. Overseeing the human resources department staff and handling all issues involving
employee complaints or questions that cannot be answered by other staff Managing office or agency health,
safety and mental health and well-being issues. Working with employers and employees in training and in
service presentations as required. Hiring, supervising, training, monitoring and terminating staff. Set up the
strategy for HR systems for the entire organization, working closely with other departments. Make and
review HR policies and making standards & Procedures for HR department. Review the performance of
employees and counseling when needed. Plan and execute training for different operational teams, Recruiting
staff in consultation with MD this includes developing job descriptions, preparing. Developing policies on
issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures
and absence management in consultation with MD. Advising on pay and other remuneration issues in
consultation with MD. Including promotion and benefits; Administering payroll and maintaining records
relating to staff; Staffing (recruitment, selection & placement). Renewal of License/agreement &
Membership. To monitor and help the Jr. Executive from time to time for HR related activities such as daily
attendance, leave records, personal file, service records, time cards etc. necessary supports to the recruitment
team such as post job advertisement, screening and pass to proper authority.
Job responsibilities of a Compliance Department: Factory monitoring and follow-up the factory
compliance issues. Arrange fire & safety, Security, Company Law Training. Maintain employee benefit and
personnel records. Handling Grievances / disciplinary procedure. Daily attendance reporting, leave
application and welfare application process. Payment making as per Local Law/Buyer’s instruction. Maintain
company group insurance and gratuity. Conduct new employee orientations or induction program. Training
for newly recruited employees. In house scheduled training for the staffs on different issues. Industrial
relations & Welfare activities. The incumbents will be responsible for counseling, motivation, grievance
handling & welfare activities of employees in garments factories.
