help of facilities and security.
 Coordinate and facilitates the logistics required for internal and external
trainings.
 Understanding of Training & Development, Performance Management and
other policy formulations such as HR & IT confidentiality agreement.
 Knowledge of recruitment and selection – sourcing and shortlisting CVs,
preliminary screening, arranging and coordinating between candidate and
department during interview process.
 Knowledge of job posting, mass mailing and sourcing from various job
portals such as Naukri, Monster, Times Job, Shine etc.
 Practical knowledge of Human Resource Management software & Intel

 Provide human resource services, including pre-joining and post joining
processing, compensation, welfare benefits, training & development, records
management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and
retention, compliance, completing personnel transactions.
 Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward
organization goals.
 Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan,
personnel transactions such as joining, confirmation, promotions, transfers,
performance reviews, terminations and employee statistics for government
reporting.
 Coordinate management training in interviewing, confirmations, terminations,

 Prepare employee separation notices, related documentation and submit to
concerned authorities for commencement of pension.
 Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and
turnover.

 Compliance with national, state and local legal requirements by studying existing
and new legislation and enforcing adherence to requirements, coordinating and
advising management on needed actions.
