Roles & Responsibilities
Provide human resource services, including pre-joining and post joining
processing, compensation, welfare benefits, training & development, records
management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and
retention, compliance, completing personnel transactions.
3. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward
organization goals.
Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan,
personnel transactions such as joining, confirmation, promotions, transfers,
performance reviews, terminations and employee statistics for government
