As the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel I manage her calendar by scheduling her internal and external
meetings. I assisted her by researching information to help her with her day to day work; I do this by formatting,
inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics which resulted in an organization and
timely the engagement of employees from all departments which lead to a good relationship within the organization.
 Reconcile and manage monthly vendor/law firm invoices for payment.
 Purchase order and expense report processing.
