Worked with the CIO to analyze hospital’s Continuity of Care Documents for content and accuracy.
Maintained and updated multiple Smartsheets with information that was collected from hospital CIO and technical staff
regarding the NC-STeP program.
Assisted the CIO in creating documentation to report back to hospitals with the results of the analysis performed on their
Continuity of Care Documents.
