Client: Ourhoud/Sonatrach, Bonatti (EPC)
 MS5002C is a heavy duty machine used to drive a compressor. As a
System Engineer in the Job I had understand the customer specifications,
implement the requirements in our documents. Attend meetings and co-
ordinate inter-department and provide all data required for smooth
progress of the job.
 Preparation of Gas turbine and compressor system auxiliaries PIDs of
Lube oil system, Hydraulic/control oil system, Lube oil cooler, fuel gas
scrubber system, fuel gas system, starting system, GT sealing and cooling
system, Control and protection system, filter house system, ventilation
system, fire fighting system, gearbox system, compressor sealing system
and customer process PID indicating the Gas turbine and compressor only,
which are in GENP scope.

Client: Sonatrach, Bonatti (EPC)
 PGT25 base is a aero-derivative machine used to drive a compressor. The
application of the compressor is mainly to transport gas from one station
to another. As a System Engineer in the Job I had to understand the

3. customer specifications, implement the requirements in our documents.
All major documents are sent to Customer and project is 30% complete
from engineering design front.
 Preparation of Gas turbine and compressor system auxiliaries PIDs of
Lube oil system, Hydraulic/control oil system, Lube oil cooler, fuel gas,
fuel gas system, fuel gas metering system, Synthetic oil system, Hydraulic
starting system, GT sealing and cooling system, Control and protection

Client: CCJV for Cameroon LNG, LLC
This is a turbo-expander job, wherein hydrocarbon gas is expanded and the
energy generated is used in running a compressor.
 Preparation of Turbo-expander and axial compressor PID indicating the
seal gas system, gas inlet lines, the sealing system and customer process
indicating the anti-surge system. Preparation of active magnetic bearing
control and instrumentation system.
 Preparation of specification for heaters, valves, filters, instruments.
 Review of supplier offers for various seal gas components (like heater,
valves, filters, instruments etc) and aligning with our specification
requirements.

4) Project: Turbo-expander-Generator, Jamnagar (India) - Job in progress
Client: Reliance Industries Limited
This is a turboexpander job, wherein hydrocarbon gas is expanded and the
energy generated is used in running a Generator. This Job is in a advance
stage and handed over to me recently.
 Interdepartmental co-ordination to close all ongoing issues.
 Interaction with suppliers for preparation of seal gas panel layout.
 Preparation of specification for control valves, heaters, filters, instruments
etc meeting all the certifications, zone classification, testing requirements
as per Customer requirements.
