1- PROJECT AT KIRLOSKAR ELECTRIC Pvt Ltd :
Project Title: Dc- motor Frames KLDC-250, KSDC-280 and KLDC-160.
Clients: HITACHI, BHEL, SIEMENS.
Description: Dc- motor Frames is used for industrial application; DC motor is used to transmit
power or torque through shaft to drive other equipment with the help of coupling.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Detailed DC motor Layout.
• Preparation of Solid Modeling (3D), Drafting, Assembly, sheet metal, Detailing And Calculations
of Components & their Drawings with GD&T application for e.g. Shaft, Completed stator
assembly, Completed rotor assembly, Bearing assembly..Etc.
• Development of fixtures for Assembly of Components.
• Creation of Material Codes, Tree Structure and Routing of Bill of Materials in SAP 7.0 in a way
to facilitate easy Material Flow.
• Involving in RMC Cost Reduction process by Design modification.

Description: Current Transformers is used in an industrial application, Telecom industries, and
railways, to measure the Current flow through the conductors.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Creation of Technical Data Sheets.
• Preparation of Solid Modeling (CATIA V5-R18), Drafting, Assembly, sheet metal, Detailing And
Calculations of Components & their Drawings with GD&T application For components like
magnetic cores, mounting pins, CT- sticks, CT-shield, plastic Housings & Core protective Case,
Metallic cup and lid, PCB assembly etc.
• Preliminary Design Calculations Such as MLT & DCR for Magnetic core selection.
• Development of fixtures & Mandrels for holding & locating Components in Assembly stage.
• Preparing and maintaining Design review documents for ISO auditing.
• Coordinating with in-house assembly facilities and external fabrication facilities.
