 Responsible for providing audio-video/technical support for over 400 conference rooms and Live
event spaces expanding over two campuses here in our New York Offices
 Facilitate all audio visual requestthatrequire PowerPoint,PDF, or keynote presentations and
provide technical assistance for all meetings thatrequire tech support
 Responsible for working directly with the global media services director and reservation staffin
creating proper infrastructure of audio visual requirements for meetings event.
 Set – up A/V requestfor all Quarterly Town Halls,internal event productions ,clientconferences and
high level meetings such as Executive Boards (ExB) and Managing Director (MD)
 Operate and maintain conference room A/V presentation systems using Cisco or Webex virtual
meeting software as well as private office A/V setups.
 Book video conference meetings in TMS Software
 Ensure that A/V equipmentis in good working order,such as projector bulb replacement,monitor re-
adjustment,cable changes and deck swap-outs
 Responsible for the assembling and striking ofall mobile units such as sound systems,audio
mixers,video cameras,video switchers,plasma screens and projectors
 Provide timely response and resolution to clientissues
 Provide managementwith incidentreports on an as needed basis
