 Contract management & SLA tracking: Tracking SLA for the complete business units on monthly
and quarterly basis. Also managing contracts, like creating and making changes in as per
requirements for whole IBU
 Billing and Invoicing - Generate invoice for the work completed on the IBU’s projects and send it to
sales team for billing after getting it reviewed in the system
 Maintain Project plan - Creating project plan with assistance of project manager and maintain project
plan by making regular updates as requested by Project managers. Reviewing and Maintaining
engagement compliance with internal standards
 Resource Utilization- Focus on optimization of Resource utilization and make a good match of skill,

related to project execution and sharing this with all IBU Project managers
 Status reporting - Collating status reports from different teams, submitting status report to Managers

of trainings, project induction, project events or outing etc.
 On boarding resources - roll on involving issuing access cards, workstations, creation of ids, email ids,
access to applications or servers etc.
 Off boarding resources - roll offs involving collecting access cards, de-allocating workstations, disabling
ids, email ids and other access that were granted to applications or servers etc.,
 Program level Activities: Tracking status-like resource capacity utilization, release planning,
