o Monitoring and Validating Project work efforts, Developing Program/Project Charter,
delegate tasks and report progress to senior managers and various stakeholders

o Managing and Reporting Key performance metric with quality to senior management on
a Daily, monthly and quarterly basis in PMO.
o Maintaining and updating Project Transitioning status for management review
o Reporting and communication on risk, Backlog issues, challenges, achievements,
